SEVENTEEN has had one of the greatest runs in the Kpop scene in the last couple of years with their album, “SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN.” However, not everything was as good as they wanted, S. Coups and Jeonghan had to halt their activities in 2023 because of different injuries, which led the group to be incomplete for a while.
S. Coups had a knee injury in August 2023, while Jeonghan also halted his group activities in December 2023 due to an ankle injury. The boys are currently missed by their fandom, as they couldn’t fully participate in the latest reality show, “NANA Tour with SEVENTEEN,” which made them feel frustrated.
On February 23, SEVENTEEN’s agency, PLEDIS Entertainment was ready to address this uncomfortable situation once and for all. The company released a short but substantial statement to clear the air. They started by updating that S. Coups and Jeonghan underwent surgery for their knee and ankle respectively.
PLEDIS also confirmed that, after having health care and rest, S. Coups and Jeonghan are ready to resume their group activities, because the medical professionals agreed to it. The boys are set to resume their activities in March including the SEVENTEEN’s tour “FOLLOW AGAIN TO INCHEON” as they are going to keep receiving medical checkups.
