King Charles III has been on every British headline since Buckingham Palace announced his cancer diagnosis non-related to his elongated prostate. Although he had to postpone numerous face-to-face meetings for a while, he was more than pleased to reunite with Rishi Sunak for a short meeting.
Rishi Sunak, the prime minister of the United Kingdom, unveiled a couple of details about his meeting with the monarch. He explained that King Charles III was looking well during an audience carried out on February 21. The meeting discussed the awareness of cancer charities and how they can reach a larger audience.
Although Rishi Sunak and King Charles III usually meet once per week to discuss the state’s current matters, this is the first time King Charles III is filmed shaking hands with the minister, and the first time since his medical procedure. The British media outlets are surprised at how good the King looks despite the numerous rumors that say his health has worsened.
King Charles III is proving everyone wrong, as he is resuming his royal activities as soon as possible. The king also expressed his gratitude towards anyone who has supported him during these tough times, which means a lot to him that he almost was reduced to tears during the first weeks of reading sweet messages for him.
