Prince Harry and Meghan Markle gave up on their royal titles and duties in 2020 because of accusations against the royal family of being racist towards Meghan’s offspring. The former royal couple moved to the United States to start a calmer life with their children, Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie. However, the story is otherwise.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have caused a stir among the royal family after rebranding their website to “unify” their family after their two children started using the Sussex title. The controversy comes after the late Queen Elizabeth II banned them from using the name as they didn’t belong to the royal family anymore.
Previously, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s children were “Master Archie Mountbatten-Windsor” and “Miss Lilibet Mountbatten-Windsor.” The controversy keeps rising like foam as the royal family allegedly showed their discontent towards Prince Harry and Meghan’s decisions because they never authorized the use of the “Sussex” title previously.
The British people have split in two because some of them support the idea of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s children being called “Archie Sussex” and “Lilibet Sussex.” However, others explained the children don’t even know King Charles III to appropriate a title that doesn’t belong to them.
