Prince Harry and Meghan Markle arrived in Vancouver for the Invictus Games event

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle sparked controversy in the last couple of hours because of the “not consulted” use of their regal names in a new website. In addition, the royal couple has just landed in Vancouver, Canada on a special visit for the Invictus Games event.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a two-hour flight from Santa Barbara. They are going to attend the Vancouver Whistler 2025 One Year to Go celebrations from February 14 to February 16. The Invictus Games have garnered a large audience since Prince Harry’s Netflix special to explain why the games are celebrated.

Valentine’s Day is going to be a tight agenda for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as they are set to visit the participating nation’s training camp, which is composed of nineteen nations and almost 55 participants. This special visit comes as preparation for the winter season as the games are going to take place in February 2025.

Neither Prince Harry nor Meghan Markle has addressed yet the controversy surrounding their new website, where they used the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s names officially. The controversy comes because the late Queen Elizabeth II banned them from using the name since they stepped away four years ago from their royal duties.
