King Charles III has postponed numerous face-to-face meetings because of his latest elongated prostate procedure. Although it was reported the king would be taking a break for at least a month, it seems he is going to take a little longer to recover as he postponed his visit to Canada along with Queen Camilla Parker.
Buckingham Palace never addressed the monarch’s visit, numerous British media outlets and the Canadian government announced they were going to visit Canada in May 2024. However, plans changed after King Charles III was diagnosed with a form of cancer unrelated to his prostate.
CBC News had a conversation with the Canadian government, which cleared the air regarding the situation with the monarch’s health status:
“Following the announcement of a cancer diagnosis for His Majesty the King, there are no more tours planned in Canada for 2024, nor are there any tours planned with other members of the Royal Family.”
The tour wasn’t announced previously, so the royal family has not addressed or even canceled anything publicly. However, the concern rose as numerous royal fans stated King Charles III was doing worse than everyone thought at this point.
