The Queen consort is currently fulfilling the commitments of King Charles and Prince William, who were absent for medical reasons. The diagnosis of cancer of the king, 75, and the sudden surgery of the Princess of Wales, 42, have almost halved the circle of active members of the royal family.
At the forefront is now Camilla, 76, moderately popular, and Princess Anne, 73. Prince William, 41, the king’s eldest son and heir to the crown, announced a few weeks ago that he would suspend his public activities to be by his wife Kate’s side as she recovers.

Although William has now announced that he will return to his duties, after the announcement that King Charles III has cancer, netizens began to wonder what would happen if King Charles III dies, would Camilla Parker become the official queen of the United Kingdom replacing Charles?
To answer the question posed above, the answer is no. Camilla Parker cannot become Queen as only members of the royal family who are born in the direct line of succession to the throne can become the future monarchs.
Taking into account the multiple controversies that Charles’ son, Prince Harry, has had, which caused his resignation from the royalty, and taking into account the above mentioned, the natural and current heir would fall on the shoulders of Prince William.
Now, in the unlikely event that William dies before the now King Charles III, it would be his son, Prince George of Cambridge, who would take the responsibility as the next in succession to the throne, not Queen Camilla Parker. Here´s the full succession line:
