IU’s second win with “Love Wins All” on “Music Core”

IU hasn’t stopped giving the fans heart attacks because of her amazing talent, and currently because of her new pre-release single, “Love Wins All.” The single has become such a global trend due to the music video starring BTS’ V and now, South Korean music programs are completely aware of it.

One of the most popular music programs is MBC’s “Show! Music Core” which broadcasted its latest episode on February 3, KST. The show had a great lineup of performers including A SIX, Gyubin, (G)I-DLE, and LIMELIGHT, among others.

The fans eagerly wait for the final of the show, when the host draws all attention towards the nominees for first place. IU’s “Love Wins All,” RIIZE’s “Love 119,” and Lim Hyun were the candidates to take this award home, but ultimately IU emerged victorious from this heated contest.

IU’s victory doesn’t come as a surprise, as “Love Wins All” is currently one of the most popular songs, not only in South Korea but worldwide. You can watch the winner’s announcement below:
