One of the most important music bands in the world is undoubtedly the South Korean group BTS, who over many years have created different records around the world that place them as one of the most important bands of this generation, although several of the members are currently doing their compulsory military service for a duration of two years.
BTS is part of Rolling Stone’s list of the 30 best Grammy Performances.
Despite the fact that several members of the band are currently doing their military service, there is still plenty of music we can listen to from the successful band as the members on the outside have managed to give us plenty of music that only puts the talented guys on top of the popularity pyramid.
Recently Rolling Stone has revealed a list of 30 Greatest Grammy Performances of All Time and of course the BTS guys are present and in a good number, accompanying performances of artists like Beyonce and Lady Gaga.
Rolling Stone has said how important Butter was, who has placed it at number 14 with the following description:
One night in Vegas: BTS took the stage with the swagger of a James Bond squad of super-spies, in Rat Pack suits. Their big Grammy moment was long overdue-in the pandemic they had to beam in long-distance from Seoul, and in previous years they stole the show with just a few seconds of airtime. But they were on fire with confidence and charisma. Bonus points for the way “Butter” began with V whispering in Olivia Rodrigo’s ear-whatever he told her, it looks like it must have been shocking.
What do you think about it? What’s your favorite song from the BTS guys?
