This, despite the fact that the film has suffered many changes including scene cuts of the actress Amber Heart, after the scandals she had in the trial with her ex-husband, the famous actor Johnny Depp.
Aquaman 2 would be a success despite pre-release problems
Aquaman: The lost kingdom movie has been released for several weeks now and the movie is still collecting money at the box office, and despite all the scandals and delayed release dates, the movie is doing well at the box office and people are not hating it as much as expected and as seen in other superhero movies.
The sequel, directed by James Wan and starring Jason Momoa, has exceeded expectations and has grossed over US $412 million worldwide. For six consecutive weeks, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom has maintained its position in the top 10 at the box office. Last weekend, the film earned nearly $3 million in admissions in the US and Canada, surpassing the impressive $400 million mark worldwide. Although the current figure doesn’t surpass the impressive US $1.1 billion of 2018’s first installment, it represents a significant improvement compared to the commercial performance of recent DCEU films.
