In recent days, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been deemed ‘insensitive’ to Kate Middleton and King Charles III‘s health condition after their recent travel to Jamaica and posing for a photo with the anti-monarchist Prime Minister of the country.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex travel to attend the premiere of the biographic movie ‘Bob Marley: One Love‘, where they meet with many public figures, among them Prime Minister Andrew Holness, who previously pushed for Jamaica to separate from the United Kingdom as one of the Commonwealth countries.
These actions were not well received by the British people, who were going through the worrying health announcements of the Princess of Wales and King Charles III. For that reason, the Sussexs have been dubbed ‘insensitive’:
“Under normal circumstances there would be nothing wrong with them going to a film premiere“, started telling royal expert Phil Dampier to the Daily Mail.
“But at a time when his father is going under the knife and Jamaica is making noises about ditching the monarchy, this is rather insensitive“, he added.
“(…) they are certainly not going out of their way to say they want a reconciliation, and this appearance emphasizes yet again the different world they now live in“, he finally said to the media.
