SEVENTEEN’s latest announcement sparked outrage from K-Netizens

SEVENTEEN have been living their best life in the “Nana Tour with SEVENTEEN” in Italy, numerous great moments from the series have become viral, such as Mingyu and Woozi shirtless moments. As the series is about to end on February 16, SEVENTEEN is already preparing another surprise for the fans.

On January 29, SEVENTEEN surprised the fans, better known as Carat, with the “FOLLOW AGAIN” tour taking place exclusively in South Korea and Japan. However, the K-Netizens weren’t happy with the announcement because of the dates in Japan.

The boys are set to perform in Japan on May 26, coinciding with the ninth anniversary of SEVENTEEN’s debut. Immediately, the K-Netizens stated the show should be for Japanese idols and SEVENTEEN oppas only, not for other Korean idols.

“X” (Formerly known as Twitter) was flooded with comments expressing the K-Netizen’s discontent and outrage because of SEVENTEEN’s announcement. Even some of them blamed the boys’ music agency, Pledis Entertainment because they were prioritizing Japanese fans over the South Korean ones.
