The biggest problem with social media is that people think they have the right to talk about other people’s bodies, and that can really affect the self-esteem of people who are not so strong, and this could be the case of the beautiful actress star of The Boys, Erin Moriarty, who has not been having the best of times,

“This is something I never really anticipated writing,” read the statement shared by Moriarty. “We are all subject to levels of harassment throughout our lives, but I am horrified, and felt I deserved to take a second to address these things…. To receive a message about a disgustingly false video, counterproductive to the point of being ironically misogynistic from Megyn Kelly commenting on the way – to know the widespread nature of this has left me horrified.”

In an episode of The Megyn Kelly Show podcast shared on Jan. 17, Kelly held up the actress as an example of young women turning to plastic surgery.

“More and more young women are doing this,” Kelly said on her podcast. “It’s not about an objection to plastic surgery, it’s about an obsession to become this fake version of yourself….. I find it to be a sign of mental illness. I really want to get inside these young girls’ heads and tell them, ‘Please don’t do this.'”

In a lengthy Instagram post on Friday, Moriarty responded to the former Fox News host’s comments. It had been nearly two weeks since Kelly discussed the 29-year-old’s facial features and suggested she may have undergone plastic surgery on her podcast, “The Megyn Kelly Show.”

What do you think about it? Do you think people should talk about other people’s bodies because they are public figures?
