The princess has just gone through a delicate moment for her health, as she had to undergo abdominal surgery, which will keep her out of the public eye for a few weeks until she recovers, but apparently, she will not do it alone.
Kate Middleton’s Parents will be closer to the princess during her recovery
When we are hurt, all we want is to be treated nicely, so no doubt Kate Middleton will take advantage of this time to rest, since not only her nanny is taking care of the whole situation, but also Kate’s family will be closer to her. Mike and Carole Middleton, her parents, “will be there to lend support,” a confidential source tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue.
The couple are a mainstay in their grandchildren’s lives, often hosting sleepovers for Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5, at their Bucklebury, Berkshire, home, which is just a short drive away.
“Their parents are an enduring factor in raising their grandchildren,” says a palace source. “And they will be a reassuring presence when she returns to Windsor to recuperate.”
A close family friend says the couple doesn’t have “a large private staff” and “as a result, William is really hands-on.”“He doesn’t want any mistakes to be made with the next generation. He wants to give them a proper education and lots of love. That’s the most important thing to him,” says the friend in this week’s issue.
Let’s hope that the beautiful princess recovers soon and that having the support of her parents will make her integration into public life a smooth one. What do you think about it, and do you think what the princess needs right now is to be on her parents’ side?
