RIIZE’s “Love 119” earns the #1 spot this week on “Inkigayo”

It is well known for Kpop fans that one of the most exciting moments of the week is the South Korean music program’s circuits. These circuits showcase the groups’ performance skills on the stage, and at the end of the night, the most popular songs compete to take the crown home. This time, RIIZE’s “ Love119” had the privilege to do so.

On January 21, KST broadcasted a SBS’ “Inkigayo” weekly episode. The atmosphere from the beginning promised a great episode, and the idols fully accomplished their mission. DXMON debuted with “Burn Up,” Similarly, Pentagon’s Hui made his solo debut with “Hmm BOP.” The show had star-studded guests such as Jeon Dong Won, JDQ1, Gyubin, SISTAR19, and NMIXX, among others.

After numerous and incredible performances, it was time to unveil which song, among the popular ones, had the most points. The candidates to take the award home were Lim Jae Hyun, ITZY’s “Untouchable,” and RIIZE’s “Love 119.” Ultimately, RIIZE won with 6167 points.

Unfortunately, RIIZE wasn’t present to receive their award, but surely they are over cloud nine because they have been putting all their hearts into their new music projects. You can watch the winner’s announcement below:
