IU unveils teaser poster featuring BTS’ V for her comeback single

IU has caused a buzz the last couple of months because of her declarations in BTS’ Suga’s talk show, “SUCHWITA.” The idol confessed before working with Suga on “Eight,” and “People Pt. 2,” that she wanted to work with RM. Now, it has been unveiled that she worked with BTS’ V for her comeback single.

On January 15, KST, IU surprised everyone with an announcement that left BTS fans, better known as ARMY, totally gagging. The announcement didn’t only include a cute poster of her new single, “Love Wins” but the release date and V’s name on it. A black and white photo of the idols on a table decorated with some furniture was released.

“Love Wins” is expected to be released on January 24, there is no further information if IU will release a music video because of BTS’ V enlistment in the South Korean military. However, this announcement was greatly received because the boys are still working hard despite fulfilling their duties with their country.

There’s no doubt that IU’s connection with BTS has been a strong bond built for years. Fans around the world have already highlighted this is going to be one of the best ways to start the year with new music from IU and BTS’ V. Are you excited about this amazing collaboration?
