If we think of the most famous actor in action movies, the first name that comes to mind is Cruise and for more than 20 years this handsome 14 has given the task of acting in many action movies that keep us on the edge of our seat with lots of entertainment, and being one of the biggest figures in Hollywood, and it seems that a sequel to one of the most beloved films that he stars in is finally coming, and this already excited the entire audience that is a fan of Tom Cruise and action movies in Hollywood.
Tom Cruise could return to the movies with the sequel to Edge of Tomorrow
Now that the first film was out ten years ago, Zaslav would be open to having Cruise film the follow-up with them. Edge of Tomorrow, which cost $175 million but made $375 million in revenue in 2014, wasn’t exactly a big hit, but it has subsequently developed a cult following and gained a following. A number of the participants have expressed their want to start work on a sequel already. As recently as the previous summer, Emily Blunt expressed her excitement to begin work on the project and indicated that she had received a script.
Presumptive director Doug Liman, of the original Edge of Tomorrow, claims that the follow-up, dubbed Life Die and Repeat, will be revolutionary. The script would be written by Cruise’s regular collaborator on the most recent Mission Impossible film, Christopher McQuarrie. Although there is no confirmation regarding Edge of Tomorrow 2, it is possible that Warner is using Cruise as a star now that they are in the same situation.
