Kit Harington admits 'Game of Thrones' caused him serious health problems

The famous actor Kit Harington from the acclaim series ‘Game of Thrones‘ has made some shocking revelations about the negative impact of the show on his life, saying that aside from the recognition he got, it also caused him serious health problems.

During an interview for the podcast called ‘The Hidden 20 percent’, the interpreter of Jon Snow reveals that after the great success the HBO series gave him and the whole cast, he fell into alcoholism and began to suffer mental health problems.

The incredible popularity of the show based on George R.R. Martin‘s books around the world continues to this day, years after its finale, which led the actor to enter a rehabilitation center in 2019, where he received an ADHD diagnosis.

I realized that my life was hinging on this. Luckily it was the right place at the right time. I managed to forge a new life from there“, said Kit Harington in the podcast, revealing he wanted to change his life for the best.
