After a great first night of the Creative Arts Emmy Awards held on January 6, the awards season has just begun. Everyone was over the cliff this time with the 81st Golden Globe Awards held in Beverly Hills, California. Stars of the most popular television and movies gathered to celebrate the seventh art.
The night’s atmosphere was heavily charged with enthusiasm and a couple of uncomfortable moments, such as the Barbie and Taylor Swift jokes made by the host of the award, Jo Koy. However, this wasn’t an obstacle for celebrating such a great night, as “Killers of the Flower Moon” star Lily Gladstone became the first Indigenous woman to win a Golden Globe for best actress and received a standing ovation.
