NCT 127 has started 2024 in the best possible way for an idol, earning a victory in a South Korean music program. The idols’ hard work over the years has paid off as they were at the top of “Music Bank” this week.
As 2023 ended, holiday songs were slowly falling, but NCT 127’s win proved this idea wrong. On January 5, 2024, a new episode of BS 2TV’s “Music Bank” was broadcast, this week the show had performances by TVXQ, THE BOYZ’s Sunwoo and Eric, RIIZE, Kim Jonghyeon, Jeon Sewoon, ONE PACT, and NXT, among others.
After the phenomenal and impeccable performances by the idols, the biggest moment of the night came. The two candidates to take the win were EXO’s “First Snow,” and NCT 127’s “Be There For Me.” Ultimately, NCT 127 emerged victorious with a total of 7,392 points.
