Britney Spears says she will never return to the music industry

On January 3rd, through an announcement made on social media, the iconic pop star Britney Spears said she would never return to the music industry, clarifying that the only way to get involved in music again would be to compose for other people and not for herself.

Britney has long demonstrated the great talent she has, and thanks to that, she has become an undeniably successful world-class artist. For that reason, when she was finally released from her father’s custody and regained control of her career, fans expected her to make a comeback with new music.

However, it seems that this will not happen, and that is what has her fans very surprised and disappointed, as it seems that she is throwing all her talent away. Since she has the fandom, the talent, and so many stories to tell, it seems odd to retire from the industry that gave her so much success.

Even so, other followers of her career and her life have been more empathetic, since with the confessions she made in her book of memoirs, it is clear that she has gone through bad times. Besides, the abuse she felt from her father created trauma; perhaps that is the reason why the superstar said, “If I compose music, it will be for others or just for fun“.
