The singer has opened her heart to talk to People, in an interview where she talked about her experience moving out of state, as well as tips on how she stays healthy and at a recommended weight:
“Walking in the city is quite the workout,” she tells the magazine. “And I’m really into infrared saunas right now. And I just got a cold plunge because everybody wore me down.”
“I eat a healthy mix,” Kelly explained of her diet. “I dropped weight because I’ve been listening to my doctor-a couple of years I didn’t. And 90 percent of the time I’m eating a healthy mix,” she says. And 90 percent of the time I’m really good at it because a protein diet is good for me anyway.”
Even though celebrities may be served by a certain type of diet, if you want to start a healthier life, the best thing to do is to visit the help of experts because you have to remember that each of our bodies is different and will not react in the same way as it might react to a celebrity.
