Kang Kyung Joon is being sued for having an alleged affair with a married woman

Kang Kyung Joon has been largely attributed to being one of the pioneers in the K-drama scene, the idol’s highlights including his impeccable work and great acting skills. Despite the actor hasn’t participated lately in K-dramas he was beloved until now.

The South Korean actor fueled a controversy because he has been sued for allegedly knowingly having an affair with a married woman. On December 26 it was reported that Kang Kyung Joon received a lawsuit for 50 million won, $38,114.26 by the married woman’s husband.

The husband stated that Kang Kyung Joon interfered in his marriage and ultimately, destroyed it. He explained his wife worked in the same building as Kang Kyung Joon when they had their affair and he assured the actor was aware she was a married woman. Even, the woman’s husband stated there are several proofs.

News Nate reported that Kang Kyung Joon’s label received the lawsuit, however, the actor doesn’t know why this happened and even though he hasn’t seen the lawsuit yet, he strongly believes there’s a misunderstanding. The South Korean actor stated to the media outlets he doesn’t know why he needs to tell them if he had an affair with a married woman, despite also marrying Jan Shing Young in 2018.
