Recently, the album ‘Rock-Star‘ is ranked number 1 in Billboard’s Top Album Sales, which means that Stray Kids finally surpassed TWICE, as this would be the fourth album that becomes the best-selling in the United States, while the girl group has only achieved it three times.
Although four times number 1 is a historical record for the K-Pop group Stray Kids, and they have surpassed the female group TWICE, they are not the only boyband that has achieved that, as NCT 127 has achieved the same feat on four occasions of having the best-selling album in the United States.
This puts both groups at the same level in terms of sales, but it does not take away the great merit and effort that the talented members of Stray Kids made to achieve this goal, and there is no doubt that this will serve as inspiration and impetus to continue creating hits that will allow them to break new records.
It is worth mentioning that in the top 3 of the best-selling K-Pop albums in the United States, who has the first place is the boyband BTS, who has achieved that six of their albums reached the top 1 in sales; in second place are Seventeen, tied with Tomorrow X Together with five; and lastly, NCT 127, along with Stray Kids.
