The former president of the United States, Barack Obama has unveiled his favorite song list every year, a tradition shared with his almost 132 million followers on “X” (Formerly known as Twitter). The amazing list always surprises his followers. Similarly, this year’s list is full of surprises, too.
After Barack Obama revealed his yearly favorite movies list, he decided to unveil a counterpart of the “Favorite Music of 2023” roster. One of the highlights of the list was the inclusion of two Latin songs that were on repeat in almost every corner of the Planet, “TQG” by Shakira and Karol G, and “La Bebe (Remix)” by Yng Lvcas & Peso Pluma.
Here are some of my favorite songs from this year. Let me know if there are any artists or songs I should check out. pic.twitter.com/8BaeGxWUsv

The 44th President of the United States is widely popular because of his taste in R&B music, so it was not a surprise at all to find “Water” by Tyla and “America Has a Problem” by Beyoncé featuring Kendrick Lamar on the list. On the other hand, “My Love Is All Mine” by Mitski surprised the followers because the alternative vibe of the song wouldn’t fit into Obama’s music likes.
Surely, Barack Obama had such a great year listening to amazing music, you can listen to the full playlist on Spotify and enjoy as much as Obama did this year. Let us know in the comments which song was your favorite of the playlist, and what was your favorite song of 2023.
