After more than 10 years, young Gypsy has been released from prison, being December 28, 2023, the date where her freedom was returned after a sentence that was full of press, interviews and many people on social networks who sought the young woman to be released after having had an extremely difficult childhood because of her mother.

According to the Missouri Department of Corrections, Blanchard, 32, was released from the Chillicothe Correctional Center at 3:30 a.m. According to a spokesperson, she was granted parole and was released three years early from her sentencing date. Gypsy Blanchard was serving a 10-year sentence on a second-degree murder charge following the death of her mother, Clauddine Dee Dee Blanchard, in June 2015.

Gypsy reportedly conspired with her boyfriend Nicholas Godejohn to kill her mother, but Godejohn was sentenced in 2019 to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Now on social media, people have started talking about the young woman’s ex-boyfriend, Nicholas, saying that he also deserves to be released as he is a young man who should also be considered out of all his mental capacities.

What do you think about it? Do you think justice was finally served?
