Okay, TWICE lovers, it’s time to wave your light sticks! That’s because the TWICE girls are set to shake up the Japanese charts with their 5th upcoming Japanese album. That’s right! If you are one of the ONCEs (that’s the name of TWICE fans) who love the girl group’s discography in Japanese, then this is your time to party!
The confirmation came via Twice Japan’s YouTube channel, where the “CHEER UP” hitmakers revealed their plans to drop their 5th, highly-anticipated gem. While the announcement in the short clip is very brief, it confirms all we need to know: TWICE is kicking off their new Japanese era in Summer 2024.
This new music project comes just in time for the girl band’s domination in Japan! Yes, you read that right! The girls are set to perform in their 5th world tour “READY TO BE in JAPAN SPECIAL,” marking a record as the first Kpop girl group and the first foreign female artists to rock the Yanmar Stadium Nagai and the Nissan Stadium in Japan.
