Reports claim that BTS’ Jin will release his first solo album in 2024. Check out

Daishin Securities was the first South Korean media to share a report on December 28th, 2023, that BTSJin will release his first solo album in 2024 after completing his mandatory military service on June 12th next year, making him the first member of the group to be discharged from the military.

Jin has surprised ARMY with solo tracks since 2016 with the release of ‘Awake‘, which was included in BTS’ discography ‘Wings’. While he released more solo tracks over the years, the most notable one was ‘The Astronaut‘, which debuted in October 2022.

The song was a total success, as it topped many important charts after its release and was so far-reaching that it even broke some records, becoming, by that time, the most financially profitable song for BigHit Entertainment. However, less than 2 months later, Jin entered the military service.

New reports indicate that Jin will announce his comeback to music with a solo album to show his vocal talent to the public that has been asking for it so much. Plus, by the time he leaves the military, the rest of the BTS members will still be in military service, so he will have to pursue his solo projects.
