After the creation of BLACKPINK‘s Jennie‘s new record label ‘ODDATELIER‘ was confirmed, Jay Park made it known that he would like the female K-Pop idol to represent him in her new company. His proposal was direct, as the American rapper made the request through Instagram.
In a post that Jennie made on the social network where she promoted her new agency, Park commented, ‘Sign me‘, showing his interest in being part of this new project created by the member of BLACKPINK. Certainly, this new agency has attracted much attention from some idols and important businessmen in the industry.
At the moment, it has not been confirmed if Jay Park’s proposal has been successfully attended by ODDATELIER, or the staff in charge of the agency, so we can only wait for a next update. But what is a fact is that Jennie is about to revolutionize the South Korean music genre again, this time as a businesswoman.
It should be noted that Jennie is still an active member of BLACKPINK and will participate in all the group’s activities, with a non-exclusive contract that she signed with YG Entertainment, which allows her to do her solo projects with any agency she wants; however, it seems that she will be doing her projects through her own company.
