The lives of celebrities have different problems than ordinary people, but that doesn’t mean it’s much simpler and a great reminder that fame isn’t everything is to see a bit of Britney Spears’ past, who has been a presence on social media and has caused a lot of controversy, to the extent that the media has wanted to take pictures of her since she was a child.

Britney Spears shared a photo of the damage on Instagram showing a variety of soot-covered equipment on and along the mirrored walls. You can tell the incident was pretty big, as you can see from the post

“Reflecting remembering when I burned down the gym in 2020 ?? !!!” she wrote in the caption.

Britney Spears first revealed the incident in an Instagram live in April of that year, seen by CNN, where she explained that “I had two candles, and yes, one thing led to another and I burned it down.”

¡¡¡¡¡¡In the caption of the since-deleted post, Spears further explained, “I walked past the gym door and the flames BOOM !!!!!! By the grace of God, the alarm went off and no one was hurt.”
She added, “Unfortunately, I’m now down to two pieces of equipment lol and a one-sided gym mirror. But it could be a lot worse, so I’m thankful.”

Recall that in 2002, E! News reported that Spears almost set fire to an apartment while on vacation in New York when she accidentally left a candle burning unattended while shopping.
