NewKidd’s Ji Hansol is said to have permanently exited the Kpop scene

Ji Hansol has been the talk of the town since 2013 when he was first announced as an SM Rookie under SM Entertainment. Although the idol became widely popular in NCT, he left SM Entertainment to seek new opportunities in the industry, however, he had already left the Kpop scene permanently.

NewKidd debuted in April 2019 and it was a great surprise to include Ji Hansol inside the boy band. However, their story was cut short, as they entered into a hiatus with only two releases, and the fans simply couldn’t explain what happened to the boy group.

The idol has had such a unique journey, as he enlisted in the South Korean military in 2021. Then, he was discharged in 2022, and he left no traces of his whereabouts until now. O2 Dance Studios in Melbourne, Australia announced that Hansol would lead a choreography class under the name SOL.

The fans went crazy because it was one of the first times the idol made a public appearance since 2022. One of the class attendees posted Ji Hansol’s dancing, but also a clarifying statement. The idol wants to remain in Australia permanently to teach in the academy, and he has no plans to return as an idol.

Undoubtedly, Ji Hansol has permanently exited the Kpop scene to live his best life doing what he loves the most. This also might indicate the idol departed from NewKidd and this could be the reason why they are inactive, despite their agency having addressed the rumors, the fans are happy for the idol.
