Disney diva and former pop princess Hilary Duff just threw a curveball in her latest life update. Now, after getting to know the news that she was pregnant with her 4th baby, the “With Love” singer hits us with a bit of a plot twist: both she and hubby Matthew Koma have caught COVID-19. Talk about a rollercoaster week!
The Lizzie McGuire iconic took to Instagram to confirm the unfortunate news. In a chill, yet real story, she confessed that both Matthew and her are all masked up and tucked in bed, giving off rom-com vibes with a pandemic twist. Here’s what she said:
“We have Covid and our kids don’t so now we wear masks again,” she wrote, proving that even in sickness, this duo keeps it cool and responsible.
But in case you need a reminder, let’s go back to the happier part of the week. Just two days before this not-so-fun news, Hilary Duff had us all cheering and irradiating baby vibes with her announcement: her child number four is on the way! The announcement came in the form of the most adorable Christmas card ever.
The card, which totally screams marriage and family “goals,” came with some snaps of the entire Duff-Koma fam and a caption that’s pure gold “So much for silent nights. Love the Duff, Bair, Comrie Crew.” Make no mistake, though. This baby news didn’t exactly come out of the blue, as Hilary hinted at her baby fever in a November interview. What a super mom!
