“2:30 hours late, I demand a refund right now” and “How can she literally be 3 hours late to her FIRST show in the United States? How disgusting!” were part of the messages left by fans on their social networks, as the event was scheduled to start at 8 p.m., but the acclaimed pop singer made her appearance on stage at 11 p.m.
However, once the show started, the reviews for the singer were very favorable; even on social networks, some fans posted, “She was AMAZING, late, but she made up for it!” Also, according to Page Six, a close source revealed that the delay was not exactly Madonna’s fault but a technical problem with the sound.
