He confessed that his eyes were his biggest insecurity back then because it was pretty difficult to debut in the acting scene. He addressed that people criticize him a lot because he has bigger eyes than other actors, and he heard comments such as, “Where did this kid roll in from?”

The harsh comments even led people to suggest he should get plastic surgery in case he wanted to succeed in the industry. Those comments were a low blow to Park Seo Joon’s confidence to the point he asked himself if there was something wrong with him.
