According to the renowned Variety magazine, the producer of major animated films, Disney, is being sued by 9,000 women who accuse the company of sexism for wage differentials among its male workers, an unacceptable act that will no longer be allowed by those affected.
This week, a judge carefully reviewed every detail of the complaint filed by more than 9,000 female employees of the company and allowed the lawsuit to continue with the intention of making a trial in order to solve this event that violates labor policies by legal means.

The lawyer in charge of the case commented the following: “Disney has been ignoring the problem of these women for four years; they love what they do within the company, but they also want and demand to be respected and treated as they should be in the workplace, so we will go all the way with this“.
However, Disney has also made known its position on this situation, ensuring that the salary difference that exists between men and women in the company is due to the jobs, the activities they perform during their workday, and the skills that each one has.
