Dune 2 director says he likes it more than the first part

The Dune universe is back with a second movie and the audience can’t get over the excitement, since the first part opened the possibilities to a whole new interesting universe and when it was assured that it would be divided into 3 movies everything became much more fun and with the release of the first one, we are just waiting for new news.

It seems that the news we are waiting for is completely positive, as there is already more and more information about the new movie, which will be the second part of Dune and will follow the story that left us trapped from the beginning.

Dune 2 director says he likes it more than the first part

One of the most exciting things about the new Dune movie, is the presence of Zendaya, since in the first one her appearances were very scarce, but it had already been announced that in the second part the famous artist would have much more protagonism, a protagonism for which we are all waiting.

Denis Villeneuve is the director of the new film and he has a lot to say:

“I won’t say the film is perfect but I’m much happier with part 2 than part 1, and I can’t wait to share it with the fans. “I feel like the movie is more alive, it goes further into the relationship between the characters, it’s much more intense, and it gets to some emotions that it didn’t get to in part 1”

With an estimated March 2024 release, Dune 2 has this for synopsis:

Paul Atreides joins the Fremen tribe and begins a spiritual and martial journey to become a messiah, while trying to avoid the horrific but inevitable future he has witnessed: a Holy War in his name, spreading across the known universe. Direct continuation of the film released in 2021.
