Every time Daddy Yankee releases a song, you know it will be a hit in the genre, that’s why when he announced a world tour people got very excited, since he had been seen very active in the genre, even releasing music with new talents, but adding all the Latin flavor that only Daddy knows how to give it.

With his new music, people couldn’t help but think about everything that would be happening in the future of his career, but apparently, this will have a completely different twist, as the singer has heard the call and now wants to dedicate his life to Christ.

The celebrity said a tearful goodbye to his fans at the last concert of his farewell tour in Puerto Rico on Sunday. He also declared that he would dedicate the rest of his life to Christ, saying he had found that committing to Christianity was considerably more important.

“My people, this day is for me the most important day of my life. And I want to share it with you because living a successful life is not the same as living a purposeful life,” he said.

He then stated, “So tonight, I acknowledge and I am not ashamed to tell the whole world that Jesus lives in me and I will live for Him.”
