BTS’ Jungkook has been a trending topic since the release of his highly-anticipated debut album, “GOLDEN,” which solidified the idol’s career in the American market. Similarly, Usher has also been the talk of the town because he was announced as the headline performer of the Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show in Las Vegas.
This is not the only reason why they have garnered attention in the last couple of days. The Golden Maknae surprised his fans, better known as ARMY, after releasing a new remix with Usher for his title track, “Standing Next to You” to boost the song’s popularity in the United States.
Previously, Jungkook released a remix of “3D” with Justin Timberlake, but the formula has changed completely. Usher and Jungkook released a picture together walking around on what appears to be a music video set. The picture was released by film director Bellamy Brewster.
The Netizens started to speculate a new music video was just around the corner, as this might become the first music video for a remix in Jungkook’s career. The song was greatly received by the ARMY and the general public as well, so this is a great opportunity to showcase their talents again.
Neither BigHit Music nor Jungkook himself have addressed the rumors about this alleged music video, but ARMY keeps their faith and waits patiently until further news emerges. Do you expect Jungkook and Usher to release a music video together? Let us know in the comments.
