Prince Harry refuses to watch ‘The Crown’ scenes where his mother, Princess Diana, dies

After the recent release of the new season of ‘The Crown‘, Prince Harry refuses to watch the scene in which his mother, Princess Diana, dies, according to a source told Page Six, with the intention of taking care of his mental health and not reliving painful experiences of the past.

Although the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have stated on several occasions that they watch the series based on the royal family, ‘The Crown’, it is understandable that they made the decision not to watch the last season, as it has strong scenes of the event that led to the death of the late Princess of Wales.

The source confessed, “Due to the sensitive nature of the content of the upcoming episodes of ‘The Crown’, Prince Harry has decided not to watch this season, and this new installment also includes scenes where Harry can be seen being awakened to inform him of the death of his mother“.

However, the source also made it clear that neither Prince Harry nor his wife Meghan Markle are dissatisfied with the premiere of this season or the content; “There are no hard feelings towards the creators of the show or the Netflix platform“, indicating that their decision not to watch it is completely personal.
