Red Velvet takes their first win with “Chill Kill” on “Music Core”

Red Velvet made an astonishing comeback with their latest title track, “Chill Kill,” which became a global phenomenon. But, let’s talk about South Korea where everyone is just obsessed with listening to this track. Their success is widely represented by their first victory onMusic Core.”

On November 25, MBC’s “Music Core” weekly episode was broadcast, as the week continued, numerous idols performed their songs, and some of them were THE BOYZ, Dreamcatcher, VIXX, ZEROBASEONE, Park Jin Young, &TEAM, Bang Yedam, Super Junior’s Ryeowook, FANTASY BOYS, MCND, AMPERS&ONE, and EASTSHINE.

The spectacular night had a stellar ending after the three candidates for first place on the show were announced. Red Velvet’s “Chill Kill,” IVE’s “Baddie,” and aespa’s “Drama” had the opportunity to take the award home, and Red Velvet ultimately took the win with 7,137 points.
