Lady Gaga has been a little quiet musically this year. Our pop diva mostly focused on her Las Vegas residency “Jazz & Piano,” where she takes a more laid-back approach with her performance. Also, the most recent bop she’s given us is “Hold My Hand,” and that was a year ago. Mix this up, and you get the perfect recipe for pop starvation!
So, is Mother Monster planning to change anything soon? Rumors point out she might! Recently, Lady Gaga was spotted having a 4-hour dinner with Black Eyed Peas member and music producer will.i.am in Los Angeles. Word on the street (and the Internet) says this pair stayed at the restaurant for about 4 hours, holding large folders.
This was later confirmed when Gaga herself was photographed in a gorgeous black furry coat and, again, holding that large folder that looks white in the picture. It wouldn’t be too crazy to think this pair has something up their sleeves, as they’ve worked together on the song “Fashion!”
Speculations only grow bigger as Gaga shared a picture in the studio this month. Even though she hasn’t been vocal and there is still no denial or confirmation on these rumors, it’s actually about time for Mother Monster to serve another great album. The last time she did was in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, with “Chromatica.”
One thing’s for sure: a bop is in the making. All of these clues and things are pointing out to it: the will.i.am meeting, the large folder, and the studio snaps. Who knows, maybe Gaga is planning to surprise us with some fresh tracks!
