On November 22nd, SM Entertainment issued a statement announcing the indefinite hiatus of RIIZE‘s member Seunghan, who later apologized for his controversial actions in a handwritten letter, accepting the blame for his irresponsible actions that have turned his fans against him and jeopardized his music career.

He also added a short extra message: “I really think about it and will try my best to become a better person. I am deeply sorry and again apologize to the members, fans, and staff“. This fact shows the maturity of the idol to accept his mistake and do his best to correct it.
However, in the online communities, netizens were not very empathetic and left strong messages for the RIIZE member, asking him to leave the group for good and saying that they did not feel sorry for him. Recall that in recent days, the underage idol was seen smoking during a video call, in which he made negative comments about another artist.
