First look at “Nosferatu” with Lily-Rose Depp

Lily-Rose Depp is undoubtedly a talented actress, as she is the daughter of a legendary actor due to her great characters, the problem was that her best known role is from one of HBO’s most controversial series and not in a good way.

The film world wants to give her another chance and now she will be in the new Nosferatu movie, a film that looks very promising and has already caught the attention of many people who like genre films. When the news that a new Nosferatu movie would be released, horror fans could not hide their excitement, especially because the person behind the film is none other than Robbert Eggers.

Now, the new film will have actress Lily-Rose Depp in its cast and the first images have been shared, with this, we can begin to get a slight idea of what we will see on the big screen.

This revamp of Nosferatu takes place in Germany in the 19th century and explores the complex connection between an ancestral Transylvanian vampire and a tormented young girl. Regarding what the genre of the film will be, the director himself has already had to clarify it for Empire magazine and he gave us the answer we all wanted to hear:

“Yes, it’s a scary movie. It’s a horror movie. It’s a gothic horror movie,” he said. “And I think it’s been a while since there’s been an old-school gothic movie that’s really scary. And I think most audiences will find it that way.”
