BTS’ RM has been the talk of the town for his amazing talent and commitment to his music career, and also for his latest eye injury. The idol concerned his fans, better known as ARMY, because he appeared on a livestream with medical tape near his eye.
On November 14, RM made a live broadcast session on the fan community platform Weverse to interact with ARMY. During the livestream, ARMY noticed something unusual in the idol’s face and RM decided to share the details of why he had medical tape.
He started by explaining he received five stitches while he was filming. The idol told ARMY the camera got too close to him and this resulted in it rubbing against his eye and causing the injury. RM stated he had to halt the filming to seek medical attention and thanked the crew because his eye was able to start healing.
BTS’ RM also expressed that there is some bruising still, and it appears that there might be a scar because this injury could potentially be leaving a lasting mark. ARMY immediately flooded social media with numerous messages encouraging a speedy recovery for the artist.
