Finally, after more than 4 months of struggles and an uncertain future for the film industry, the terrible strike season is over and with it the fear of what will happen to the productions we had been waiting for.
When it became known that there would be an actors’ strike, people supported it with their eyes closed, but then the studios threatened that if they did not reach an agreement, many of the productions that were planned would be postponed or cancelled, but now, there are new plans and the bad news is over.
These productions will return after the negotiation of the actors’ strike.
According to Deadline, these are some of the productions that will be back now that the actors’ strike is over:
– ‘Captain America: Brave New World’ – tentative date in May 2024.
– ‘Deadpool 3′ – currently has 50% of production completed, tentative date July 2024).
– Mission: Impossible 8’ – May 23, 2025.
– ‘Gladiator 2′ – November 24, 2024.
– Wicked 1′ – November 27, 2024.
– Beetlejuice 2’ – release September 6.
– ‘Venom 3’ – premiere Nov. 8.
– ‘Tron 3’ – no release date.
– ‘Minecraft’ – premiere April 4, 2025.
– ‘Mortal Kombat 2’ – no release date.
– Superman: Legacy – release June 11, 2025.
– ‘Juror No. 2’ – 2024.
– ‘Lilo and Stich – Live Action’ – 2024.
– Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse
Regarding the series, these are some of the planned titles:

-Stranger Things
-The White Lotus
Many of these productions will begin work immediately, with the need for some to be released as soon as possible. The fear that the industry felt with the possible cancellation of the series was real, so let’s hope that with that the productions will have much better quality. What do you think about it?
