Red Velvet lovers, it’s time to power up! Our five Kpop princesses have dropped another mysterious trailer for their upcoming music era titled “Chill Kill.” This is going to be our girls’ third full studio album, and it’ll be accompanied by a main single with a similar title, “What A Chill Kill.”
In this trailer, the Red Velvet members keep going for that dark and cryptic vibe they’ve been rocking for the last few concept photos and teasers. First, we can see all members looking extremely desperate (and gorgeous) as they react to – what seems to be – a dangerous situation. Then, they all get together for a group snap at a mysterious house as Yeri blows a candle, and the trailer ends.
After this majestic sneak peek was dropped, ReVeLuv (that’s the name Red Velvet fans were given) had their expectations and hype above the clouds – as they should. This new concept leans more towards that “velvet” side of the group, going for that enigmatic aesthetic that only a group like Red Velvet can pull off!
As the release of the album comes closer than ever, the girls just keep giving us content leading up to it, so that we get a glimpse of the magic that’s about to come on the record. “Chill Kill” will be released on Monday, November 13, along with its main single. It’ll include 10 songs, and it’s set to be released in 5 different versions for ReVeLuv to choose from.
