Get ready for a little throwback from Taemin of SHINee. In case you didn’t know, he made his anticipated solo comeback with his fourth mini-album, “Guilty.” Our Kpop king is currently going all out with promotions, and so he recently sat down for a fun variety show, where he was interviewed and played some games.
So, the buzz is all about that recent tea he spilled at the “Curator” show. During his talk, Taemin gave some juicy details on his early days with SHINee, his solo music, and his friendship with Kai of EXO. Here are the facts: first, he shared how stoked he was to be the first SHINee member to make a solo debut. Then, he revealed would break one of his company’s rules late at night.
That’s right, Taemin would stay practicing until the crack of dawn in the rooms of SM Entertainment, his agency. This immediately turned some heads at the company, because idols aren’t supposed to stay in practice rooms for too long.
But he was never alone, the SHINee maknae (youngest member) confessed that his best bud, EXO’s Kai would also break the rule. This iconic pair used to stay in and pull all-nighters, dancing until sunrise.
Wrapping his walk down memory lane in the interview, Taemin looked back on his trainee days, pointing out how facilities at SM Entertainment are much better now. Back in his early days, all he could dream about was more practice rooms in the building, and the dream did come true!
