Okay, Kpop stans, get ready: SEVENTEEN’s agency, PLEDIS Entertainment, could be debuting a new boy group pretty soon. This exciting news comes after SEVENTEEN totally rocked the charts with their latest mini-album, “SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN.” So, it just makes sense for PLEDIS to serve a fresh slice of Kpop heaven with a new group that’s set to debut in 2024.
Now, get your cup ready, because this tea is flipping hot! On November 7, news outlet JTBC spilled that PLEDIS Entertainment should be introducing their new guys at the top of next year. Want more? Well, it seems they’ve already got it all planned out, months ahead of schedule. The boy band will feature five to sex members, will some international members in the mix.
After JTBC’s reveal, the agency had to jump in and confirm the news:
“It is true that we are gearing up for the debut of a new PLEDIS boy group in the first quarter of 2024. Additional details regarding their debut are yet to be determined. We will provide further information later, and we ask for your continued interest.”
This scoop has stans buzzing with excitement! Fingers crossed, PLEDIS blesses us with another group as good as SEVENTEEN. But hey, we’re going to have to wait until January 2024 to get our eyes and ears on these new rookie guys.
Let us know what your thoughts are in the comments below! Is it too soon for a new boy group from PLEDIS, is it the right time, or did they take too long to make this decision?
