Get ready, aespa fam! The aespa girls have finally, according to their schedule poster, dropped the official teaser for their highly anticipated new single and mini-album titled “Drama.” This marks the beginning of a new music era for the group, which has been teasing their fandom with gorgeous concept photos, trailers, and snippets these past few weeks.
In this teaser, we can see our 4 girls rocking with that dark and mysterious vibe they’ve been using lately. Need proof? First, we see Karina majestically contemplating a car on fire, then we can appreciate all four girls driving a vehicle looking fab. Tension rises with the sound of a clock ticking, and then BOOM! The chorus hits hard.
“I bring DRAMA-MA-MA-MA” we hear aespa fiercely sing over an aggressive synth with some big claps at the back of the track. Now, don’t get us started on the visuals! Every member is slaying that “girl crush” concept, all wearing black and denim clothes as they execute that sharp choreography we love. The verdict? An EPIC slay!
It’s time to mark your calendars. MY (that’s the name aespa gave their loyal fanbase). “Drama” is going to be dropped on November 10, both in streaming platforms and physical versions. The mini-album will have 7 songs, including their previous single “Better Things.”
Make sure to check out the different options you have to get the EP in your fave edition. There are a total of 5 versions, each with its own unique concept, aesthetic, and photos. Let us know which one you’re vibing with in the comments below.
