Jisoo of BLACKPINK is interviewed by ELLE Singapore and ends all fandom wars in the process!

Jisoo of BLACKPINK recently sat down with ELLE Singapore. The Kpop mega star had a stunning photoshoot with breathtaking visuals. Also, the magazine took the occasion to interview her, and she got real about the Kpop world.

First, the BLACKPINK princess admitted that the group visited local Korean restaurants while touring and that the personnel thanked them. Why? Well, people are more interested in South Korean cuisine, partly because of her girl band.

Also, Jisoo confessed praised them at the restaurant, saying “Life here is comfortable for us as Koreans thanks to BLACKPINK.” But the best part came when Jisoo got real and said that South Korea’s popularity did not just come from her group. The BLACKPINK member ended hate between fandoms like a queen, saying:

“Of course, it was not BLACKPINK alone that contributed to this, since there are so many other successful artists apart from us who have become recognized internationally. I think K-pop’s influence now goes beyond appreciating songs, and I think that’s meaningful. Hearing such things always makes me feel that I need to work even harder.”
