Following the passing away of actor Matthew Perry, better known as Chandler Bing for his iconic character in the ‘Friends’ series, thousands of this production fanatics, prominent celebrities and colleagues have joined the mourning, also expressing their sorrow to the audience.
The official account of the series ‘Friends‘ shared an emotional message through the Instagram social network: “We are devastated by the passing away of Matthew Perry, who was a real gift for all of us. Our hearts are with his family, his loved ones, and all his fans“.
Maggie Wheleer, who plays Janice, the most iconic of Chandler’s couples, shared the following: “I feel very blessed for every creative moment we share; the world already misses you, Matthew Perry; the joy you gave to many in your short life will last“.
Morgan Fairchild gave life in the series to Nora Bing, Chandler’s mother, and shared her pain through the X social network: “The loss of such a brilliant young actor is a shock, and I confess that I have my heart broken by the premature departure of my ‘son’, Matthew Perry“.
The ‘NBC Entertainment‘ network where this series originally debuted issued a statement: “We are greatly saddened by the untimely passing of Matthew Perry, who brought joy to hundreds of millions of people around the world with his perfect sense of comedy. His legacy will endure through countless generations“.
